We offer a 5-year warranty on the gold plated Watch body Only that covers dulling, flaking or fading of the gold. Please note claims should be processed directly with us. Mishandling or abuse may void the warranty. Non-transferable.
If in the need to file a claim please reach out to warranty@cubillas.org with your serial number, date of purchase, model and name of the buyer
Please note that if the watch is a 1st GEneration Apple Watch we will not be responsible if it gets damaged while replating. There is a 19.99 insurance note that could be purchased for this watch before replating it.
A HANDLING AND SHIPPING fee of 79 will be ASSESSED to process a warranty claim which will cover the shipping fee of when returning the item back . We SHIP USING USPS FIRST CLASS, IF YOU NEED A FASTER SERVICE PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN RE-QUOTE THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE.
The watch has to be free of PHYSICAL damage prior to be replated CONSIDERING that we do not need to take it apart for ELECTROPLATING. So in case of PHYSICAL damage or if the water resistance seal on the watch is broken the item will get damaged while replating and we will not be RESPONSIBLE
our lifetime warranty program covers the gold plate over the item purchased for 10 years from the purchase date
