- Does the watch need to be taken apart for gold plating?
No, our proprietary process utilizes a method that doesn't need to remove or disassemble any parts of the watches. Every internal component remains untouched.
- What do you mean by double plating?
We use 2 different solutions and a proprietary plating process to deposit a higher content of gold plate
- Considering Gold is a soft metal, how long will it last?
A hardener is used in conjunction with the gold plating process in our solutions to increase durability
- How does the gold plating warranty work?
A high deposit of gold is electroplated through our proprietary process but in the unlikely event gold fades or chips on the watch body please let us know for sending in instructions. The turn around is normally very fast, as soon as we receive it we work on replating the watch and sending it back the same or next business day
- How long does the gold plate warranty lasts?
We offer a 5 year warranty which covers the gold plate on the body only watches
- Is there an additional cost for the gold plating warranty?
No, a 5 year gold plate warranty is included in the price. We also offer a Eternity Gold Plate Warranty which is 299, which is for 10 years.
- Do you offer a polishing service?
Yes we do, we offer a polishing and restoration service for watches. Please reach out for individual quote.
- Is there a mechanical extended warranty offered in case of hardware failure?
Yes, we do not service it our self's but have partnered with CPS Warranty to offer extended warranties. They come in 1 or 2 years and include a mechanical warranty with accidental coverage or without accidental coverage. Just let us know if you need one and we can quote you. They are normally between 49 and 99 dollars
